I DO put dark sweet soy sauce on fried eggs. It is quie nice.
Lots of Asian people do that. Nothing weird about that.

I only like scrambled eggs and they have to have garlic and plenty of hot sauce. Maybe I'll try some soy sauce some day.

I do the ketchup on scrambled... never soy sauce on fried but now you made me have to try it...
