Absolutely no. You have to see a doctor first, he'll give you the right pills for you. I fyou take wrong pills, you will expose your health to danger. You can gain or lose weight, get acne, facial hair and all the consequences of a wrong hormonal change in your body.
Don't be ashamed to go to your doctor. Congratulations on wanting to use double protection, but for this you must see a doctor.
P.S.: I reckon feminine condom + masculine condom will cause one or both of them to break. Pill + condom is the best way.

even though everyone seems to be on birth control now a days but there are different types of pills with varying strengths of the hormones progesterone and estrogen, which have moderate to severe side effects, it is very important that you go to a Dr so that he may best gauge what type of pill you should be on and monitor how you are doing on the pills, you can try planned parenthood or the county hospital, they usually have a sliding scale for the cost of the exam and will sometimes give you free packs.

You need to see a doctor for any type of hormonal birth control (like the pill). They are a prescribed medication, and the doctor helps determine what is best for you. You should be getting annual exams if you are sexually active, any way.

birth control pills can only be gotten by prescription. But think about another way. I loved my diaphragm, which a doctor fits you for. No chemicals into your body, and it works. Another thing I liked about it is that guys are sometimes squeamish to have sex while you're on your period. The diaphragm will hold the blood until morning. You just have to be comfortable enough to insert and set it. Your doctor will help you. Hormones can be just awful for your body. lots of reasons.
Peace!

Planned Parenthood. Generally, they do not require pelvic exams to prescribe the pill.
Alternately, although it's often not strictly legal, plenty of people buy hormonal birth control over the internet. (Internet pharmacies may or may not have a physician that actually prescribes the pill. Hormonal birth control is not a controlled substance.)

You can go to a county health department or planned parenthood. They will probably examine you but thats normal. The both of you if you decide to have sex should get aids, and std tested that is the only way to be safe besides not doing it.

You can get it from "family planning" but they will insist on examining you first.
