I am having a bagel with cream cheese with chives and orange juice. No oatmeal today. Doing lunch with my mom and shopping!!

Well, obviously you and I are both wasting time on YA...I will be going to work out about 2...today is my least favorite...back...requires too much energy and pain, but that's how it goes. From what you write, your day will be considerably less fun...I HATE shopping of any kind.

Coffee IS a food group, no matter what they say!
I know, I'm supposed to be drinking decaf but, yuck. And after cutting out all my other vices, yep, All of them, I am reluctant to give this one up.
Today I need to make the journey into town in my ancient truck and visit the post office, grocery and that little den of senior reliance, the pharmacy.
