so last night i cracked and told her parents.
it was to risky to know she would have 25 boys over at her house for a party
and her being only 13
shes prolly met like 25-30 boys off myspace not including the 25 that would be coming for the party if her parentsdiddnt come home
but now her parents hate me and im not sure why?
i risked the whole friendship over it and in the process ruined a trip to michigan with her other friend to meet some guys
both girls have called me every name in the book left and right.
i just keep telling them one day you'll thank me.
&& i only did it because i cared SOOO much.
help on what to do now
ive just lost my BESTfriend over this.

They don't hate you...they hate the fact that their daughter being only 13 is a slut. Since you know...and now they know...pretty soon everyone will know. This is what is bothering them. Many people would say...you should mind your business. but if something happen, something terribly wrong, and you didn't say anything, then they would really hate you, and you would end up hating yourself. All I am saying is if my daughter did it, I would want someone to tell me. way too go!!! You saved her from getting rapped, or even worse.

Sweetheart your friend wasn't your best friend if she hates you for saving her life from idiots who could have harmed her and on top of that sabotage her parents' home. Besides, what kind of a friend would you have been if you let this go on and then something happened to her?!? You wouldn't have been a good friend to her. So, don't worry cause you were a good friend and you did the right thing. Someday she'll look back on this and thank you for stopping her making a huge mistake. A word of advice: STAY OFF MYSPACE that's a dangerous place to be, in fact girls your age shouldn't even be online chatting to anyone. My daughter is your age and I don't let her chat online. What sort of parents let their kids chat online unsupervised on top of that?!? This is very dangerous. You sound like a smart girl. Stay out of trouble and find better friends honey. Take care!

You did the right thing by telling her parents. The people she was meeting...they could've raped her. It's really dangerous to be meeting strangers on myspace. I don't think they hate you; they just hate what you told them and don't want to believe that their 13 year old daughter is doing that. Honestly, if they were your BEST friends, they wouldn't get mad at you over this, and the trip to Michigan wouldn't have been ruined. To be honest, in my opinion, it's things like this that shows who your real friends are. Trust me...I thought I had a best friend but something happened that showed me, we really weren't. If you did what you thought was right, that's a good thing. Don't be mad at yourself for telling on your friend. All those things they called you...don't listen to them. The only thing you are is a good friend, and they just don't realize it. Be proud that you may just have saved your friend from being raped or worse. There are a lot of weird people in this world, and your friend could have met one of them. In my opinion, you did the right thing.

Well sounds like that is exactly what happened to you...
Sometimes ppl focus emotion on the one that gives the bad news and not on the bad news it's self....
Probably wont help you... but it sounds like you need a different best friend anyway....

Your best friend was an "easy woman" and probably going to end up raped and dead. Why are you upset at loosing a friend that had no morals? Find a better friend.

wad a sad thing..let time do the job but still remind her for who u r....even if her parents hate u...it will not stop u...tell her that...
Show her the consequences of having guys dat she oni met at myspace over to her house..
Who Knows..they may rape her or something..And still she's 13 what can she do to 30 guys thats going to rape her...

WOW!.........your doing the right thing......trust me you are. And I don't think her parents hate you......they are probably mad at your friend and can't hide their anger around other people . (if u know what I mean) Your just going to have to give it time.......don't worry.

YOU DID THE RIGHT THING. PROBABLY SAVED HER LIFE! SHE MIGHT GET OVER IT ONCE SHES HAD TIME TO THINK WHY YOU WOULD DO THIS. AND HER PARENTS ARE MAD B/C THEY FOUND OUT THAT THEIR DAUGHTERS A ______ AND ARE TAKIN IT OUT ON YOU!
