Ok, im going to the beach tonight for 8 DAYS, and last night i was getting really bad cramps - a sign for my period. Can I wear a tampon (FOR THE FIRST TIME) without worrying of anything showing??
Btw, I have a blue swim suit....
PLEASE HELP!

If it's your first time wearing a tampon, make sure you're really relaxed when you insert it. Otherwise, it'll be uncomfortable. If you're relaxed, you won't even know you have it in. I've found that when I get in the water my flow will sometimes stop for awhile. If you're not in the water the whole time, I'd suggest using a pantyliner with your tampon, just to make sure nothing shows. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE STRING IS TUCKED UP! That can sometimes be embarassing haha. The minimum absorbency will work wonders for you. Make sure you change your tampon every 4-6 hours to prevent leaking. Good luck!

Yes you can! no one ever sees if you are wearing a tampon. They are really good for swimming with. Pools will work with tampons too if you are wondering.

Of course you can. Just follow the instructions and make sure you don't leave it in longer than 7-8 hours. Just tuck the string inside your suit and no one will know.

It's not like anybody is going to know. Even if it's against the rules, nobody will see.
As for showing, I don't know. I'm a guy, never worn one, but I've never seen one hanging out of a girl. Never mind, I did once. But they have to do that or how would you get it out?

definitely. tampons are worn inside your body, so no one can see them through your bathing suit, unless you insert it in wrong. there are insrtuctions in the box that show you how to put a tampon in. if inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel anything and nothing will show. have fun!

Of coarse. Just make sure that the string isn't hanging out. LOL! That would be embarrassing. And make sure that you check it often, you wouldn't want to leak through.
