i do, i reckon anyone who is not gay, dont really take any notice of what they get up to, i dont agree with it, but so long as its in their own abode, its not my bussiness. but the closet gays, go around slagging them off and verbally queer bashing, to cover their own inadeqacies, and hide their own feelings.
i got my lady and shes beautiful. so dont even think of saying the first thing that comes to mind. im not gay,

I am gay and well out of the closet but I do think that a lot of gays who are still in the closet(and that is their choice fair enough) do tend to gay bash purely to hide their real feelings my personal opinion is that there is no need for knocking gays at all by whoever after I don't go round knocking straight people I am not doing any harm to anyone I don't go putting myself around I have a regular partner it is your right not to agree with us as is ours to disagree with you so please any this goes out to everyone not just you please stop bashing us verbally and leave us to get on with our own lives and we will do the same to you

If that were true then all the people who disliked Muslims would be closet Muslims. All the people who disliked smoking would be secret smokers and all the people who disliked Big brother would be closet reality TV fans. Use your common sense. If someone dislikes something it is because of life experience making them that way. Are you telling me that if a boy was raped by a male paedophile and later in life decided to hate gays that he would be a closet gay? I think that to understand why people dislike things you have to communicate with them. Something which you are obviously failing to do.

Maby some are like that, But i think the majority of people who gay bash,Just dont understand what it is to be gay,But you know what? they proabaly have gay friends and just dont know it. Could be your brother, sister, uncle, father. Its horrible to have to hide who you are, See how you were defending that you were straight, It scarse you to think what other people will think of you, Just wake up to it every day of your life, Well i hope this helps you to under stand, Its no big deal, just a sexual prefrence.

lol i like your reference to the fact you are not gay.. oh.. at 3 times consciously and countless more sub-consciously in your question!!! ;-) so, what does that say about you?? hmm??
am jokin'
i have to say though i think you may have a point - most rampantly homophobic are so afraid of what goes on in their fantasy's or what may if they don't assert their "un-gayness" that they may be infected or frowned upon! .. its the need to be accepted that seems to be a driver here - for both gay and homophobes i think. my ex husband i am certain is a closet gay - he is so verbally anti gay and abusive about it all its untrue - but i once found a load of text messages from a gay chat line on his phone and a friend saw him watching intently as some blokes were dancing in a club....
although, i think we can all be bi-sexual... don't you?

Considering the number of gay-bashing christians and Republicans who turned out to be gay, I think it's possible.
I think the biggest problem is that so many religious people have been taught that gay sex is a "sin," so gay christians who don't accept their homosexuality "punish" other gays, which may be a way of "punishing" themselves vicariously.

I don't think sexuality is as simple as just saying people are homosexual, heterosexual or bisexual. These words only really describe peoples sexual activity and not who they are.
I think many people who consider themselves completely hetrosexual do indeed have homosexual tendencies for want of a better word... often this can manifest itself as hostility toward homosexual individuals as a means to prove to themselves and their peers that they are completely hetrosexual.
Most hostility comes from our own fears and feelings of inadequacy.
Who cares whether somebody prefers homosexual, hetorsexual sex or wild hedonistic bisexual orgies what does it really matter?

Not all of them, but it is true that some of them either have insecurities about themselves that cause them to do such behavior, and some of them are legitmately in the closet.
