Was Chris Benoit set up to look like a killer?
Was the text messeages a call for help?
Are people who hang themselves often found in the sitting position?
Why were there posts on web sites stating Nancy was dead many hours before and now the news reports a similar posting on the WWE site.

Has anyone stopped to think that maybe this did not happen they way the news and police are reporting it?

I was not a fan of Chris Benoit's nor am I a wrestling fan, but for some reason I have a gut feeling that Chris did not do this. I truly think something else happened.

Do any of you feel the same way?

We all know that the police and news are biased, so lets take that into account.

His wife had a large contusion in the small of her back . It was caused by his knee holding her down while he strangled her. That is not a normal way for any one to be strangled.

It is also not uncommon to find people who hang themselves in a sitting position.
I was an Investigator and I have a gut feeling myself.
As sad as it maybe this man systematically killed his family and then himself. The investigation will bear these facts out in time. It seems that you are the one that is bias in this case

no, i believe that it would be humanly impossible for someone to kill his wife and his child and he do nothing about it...i 100% believe he is a murderer and killed his child and wife....there was too much of a time lapse between the deaths for it to be a set up....the mother was killed first then the child was killed the next day then benoit killed himslef later that day....what i honestly belive happend was he snapped and killed his wife in a rage...because the autopsy showed she was strangeld so he probably snapped and stranggled her in the heat of the moment, then he panicd and didn;t want his son living throught this so he smothered his son according to the autopsy ..then hung himself....the investagtion shows that his wife had filled for a divorce and a protection order in the past citing violence as the cause...then later canceled both orders. the text messages...where probably his way of letting family members and such know what happend ...because he left no other sucicide notes or such...also to answer your question yes many people who do hang themselves are found in the sitting position, saddly last summer my uncle commited suicide by hanging and he hung himslef with a bike rope on weight set and was found in the sitting position, and the detective that was on the scecne said many hanging victims are found in the sitting position..and my uncle was found in a low clearance ..the detective said it is also very common to find hanging victims in low clearence places such as doorknobs, weight sets, low pipes, so on...so to answer this question YES i do believe that chris benoit murdered his family then took his own life.
