Homeless people are usually mentally ill. We don't treat them because its difficult. We blame the victim for their disease.

Homeless have the right to health care and a bed at night at a shelter...if they obey the rules of the shelter, and meals provided by the shelter and other networks in their area. In some cases they can be considered eligible for training programs.
Many people are going to fall into this lifestyle over the next few years because of the skyrocketing costs of medical care which can eat up their equities in property and cash ownership.
Job availability and pension providership is not what it used to be. Newer effective treatments cost money and the aging baby boomers will exhaust their funds over time into bankruptcy from it if they survive to be treated, which many of them will. If not, their funds will be exhausted.

Homeless have no such specific rights. They are nomadic tribes. They are also called gypsy. In my country there are lot of people who are poor, living without shelter, clothes and even food. There are no social institutions to take the care of their children education etc. They do not choose this lifestyle, but they have no any other alternatives,

I have worked with a street ministry.
Do a search and find out the percentage of street people are
Vets.
People who have had a comfy life and never had a hungry day (biggest worry is will they get the newest ipod),they can't understand being poor. Why do prisoners get "free" college degrees and most poor have to try to wrestle a minimum wage job from an illegal.

Homeless folks are homeless for a reason. Mostly it is because they are 'in a bad way' mentally. Most have not gotten the medication they need. It really has not a whole lot to do with laziness.

Jesus. You think people *choose* to be homeless?
If you're curious, why don't you volunteer in a shelter. Just for one day - you'll learn a lot about why the homeless are homeless
