OK, let's say your company employs 2000 people.

The horoscope reads: CANCER - You will fight with someone at work today.

Does that mean 190 people will attack another 190 people?

Does it mean 90 people will fight with another 90 people?

Will there be a brawl with 190 people all climbing over each other?

And if you read "You will come into some money" does it mean you are likely to have to lend it to someone who "is likely to lose some money"?

And oh I have not read "you will fight with someone" in the horoscopes yet. What astrologers say is usually about love relationships and productivity, not clean cut situations.

Third, when a day is prospected as sluggish, usually it is felt as such no matter what sign you are. Many astrologers know this, and they mention it in the general description of the day.

Finally yes, many employees experiment compatibility problems at the office, and I don't know about a manager who prevents fights 100%. But I know some bosses who look at the signs of their employees, among other discrete signs, and that's perhaps what made them bosses. They use what is ignored.

Even though there are so many people born under the same sign and year they are different. Why? Because the way we are depends not only on the sign and year you were born but also the time, place, the moon, the sun, also social aspects, and the way we were raised, and in addition to all that the way we see ourselves as the result of other influences. So if all 8,5% of the population were born from one mother at the same time and place and all of the above then that's different question. Poor mother...

I agree with lesyaukrainka.

We cannot act all in the exact same way because our sign doesn't rule our behaviour 100%. First of all, signs are more like guidelines, they are more like a CONTOUR of your personality. They trace the limits of your own self and build a basic profile according to it. But they don't have to be right on every little aspect. Signs don't rule us, they give us freedom inside the contour they create for our personality. We are placed in a contour, yes, but we are flexible inside of it.

Second, you are only talking about the sun sign. But the sun sign isn't all there is to a person. If you're a cancer then it means your sun is in cancer, but your moon and other planets may be in different signs. That's why people cannot act 100% according to their sign. It depends on the other planets, too.

Inform yourself more and don't come here with shallow conclusions like these. If you don't even know that a person doesn't just work according to their sun sign but their features are also structured according to their planets in their birth chart, then I can tell your information and way of comprehension are not strong.

Ok, I apologize for the impression that my last paragraph leaves. I said shallow conclusions because you seemed like you automatically assumed that a person is reduced to their sun sign. You weren't aware that sun signs are not the only ones that can influence a person, yet you reached the conclusion that astrology is worthless just because the sun sign doesn't affect us entirely. The base for your conclusion wasn't a strong one, nor a heavily researched one, hence the shallow in my comment. That's all I meant.
And yes, this may be YA, but as long as we're discussing subjects that belong to serious parts of life...
