when you are talking about grouped data, the modal class is the class with the highest frequency density and not frequency, becareful. An estimate of the mode can be obtained from the histogram by looking at the highest bar and joining its top left corner to the top left of the next bar, and the top right corner to the top right corner of the previous bar. where they intersect is the mode. If there are two modes, you can find each mode in the same way.
