I come from NZ, I live in Australia and Canada's weather is like a kind cold si it would be a contrast to Australia and the people are really friendly or Rarotonga where it is nice and sunny.

Firstly, I wouldn't have an apartment as I hate them (live in one atm) so I would have houses in :
Kassiopi (think that it is how you spell it), Corfu
South of France (around the Cannes area)
Kansas, U.S.A (just so when I leave the state I could say "gee, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore")
