Without doubt wicket keeping in cricket.
Why, you need a lot of stamina, patience, courage, agility, anticipation and most tricky of all guess work to succeed (imagine Warne & Murali bowling).
Then I think goal keeping in hockey and football comes 2 & 3.

Goalkeeping is by far the most difficult in my opinion. You have ten opponents before you and have to be extra alert as to who would take a shot at the goal. The football goal post is bigger than a hockey goal post which makes football goalkeeping just that much more difficult. Although great agility and sense of anticipation is required in all the three, a wicketkeeper's miss can be made up by other close in fielders. But no defender can use his hands (in football) or legs (in hockey) to save a shot missed by the goalkeeper. So its Football Goalkeeping, Hockey Goalkeeping and Wicketkeeping in my list of prefernces as the most difficult down to the easiest.

Hockey goalkeeping is very difficult task then others. One goal makes the difference between winner & looser. Hockey Goalkeeper have to save a smallest ball then others with jaw breaking speeds which any wicketkeeper or football goalkeeper
can't save that. Football goalkeeping at 2 place & wicket keeping at 3 place.

I think wicketkeeping is most difficult because u have to stant behind the wicket for 3.30 hours and u must concentrate on the ball.
in hockey goalkeeper is like a robot even he couldnt move freely so this is in between the three.
and lasty a football goalkeeper is in better position in comparision to the previous because he only concentrate when the ball is near his goalpost and other times he can relax .
so if u want to choose a carrier in above three, i will suggest u for goalkeeping.
gud luck

As i believe, most difficult thing is wicketkeeping. Next is Hockey goalkeeping and the least is football goalkeeping.
I have played (not professionally) as a wicket keeper and a football goal keeper and i found wicketkeeping very challenging but interesting.

I think Hockey Goal-Keeping is the most difficult task among the mentioned tasks.Though he has to prevent the ball 4rm going to the post which is comparatively smaller but the guards that he wears inside his uniform and do his job,it is really wonderful!!!!!!!!!

Goal keeping probably because wicket keeping you need to be agile fast ready to dive, have your eye fixed to the ball and be a great catcher and in hockey the padding is very heavy and hard to move in so it can be difficult. Wicket keeping probabaly hardest. I'm fast bowler and very good batsman but i find wicket keeping to hard
Hope this helps if you're choosing which sport to do ^_^
