you can click on the monitors if there on your desktop. bottom of the screen on the right, or go to network connections, in the control panel and double click the connection that is there

Hover over the connection in your taskbar and it should say what speed its going at per minute/hour

go to your desk top and look at the bottom task bar point at the icon that looks like a small screen and the info will pop up.
