go to control panel, open, go to add/remove crawler, check the rest to see if you have anything in add/remove you don't want, be careful what you remove

Well there are a couple things you can do..
first is you need a good anti virus program
the pay for one I use is nod32... it doesn't rank as best but I like it as it doesn't hog my system resources...
a good free one is AVG you can get that here
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free
secondly you need a good firewall that stops spy-ware from getting in right from the start. for that I recommend Zone Alarm
you can get both free versions and pay for at the same place
http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp
Zone Alarm comes with a built in spy-wear scanner and does a pretty good job at getting rid of them. better still it has a list of known sites that insert bad things into your computer and automatically blocks those sites worth a try...
After you get them out one program that you do want to run and its a pay for is registry mechanic does a great job of fixing bad registry and out dated files you can get that one here http://www.pctools.com/

have you tried downloading or buying norton antivirus?? that seems like a big one... you can always downlad the trial version from the internet befoer you buy it to see if it works. if that doesnt work, google search avast antivirus, it has a free trial, and see if that one will work to remove the spyware, viruses, and whatever else you have on your computer

if you cant do it thru your antivirus software, try add/remove programs in the control panel (my computer)...if all else fails, reinstall windows
