Spiders - they frighten the living day lights out of me.
Veins - make me feel sick.
Crowded places (I'm with you on that one!) - make my head swim.
Snakes - same as spiders.
Flys - dirty germy little devils and I know it's not their fault but they're ugly too.
Snails -- Yuk! - accidently trod on one when I was a kid and had to take my shoes off and walk barefoot I was so stressed about it.
Heights - couldn't even watch someone on tv teeter on the top of a building.

Can't think of any others apart from spiders. I used to be afraid of elevators as well, but now I'm not any more.
