Hi! How did you tell him you are expecting? Anything creative?

Well me and my partner were trying at the time. I actually had the day off work because i had morning sickness (not knowing i was pregnant though), i decided i would get a test, i was only 2 days late....and the two beautiful lines came up. I left the pregnancy test on the bench where i was hoping he would see it when he came home from work. I asked him if he would cook dinner (still didnt see it) asked him to help me do the dishes (still didnt see it), i decided to leave it there - mind you i was going crazy inside ! we were watching TV and he got up to get a drink.....he came back with the test and said "babe what is this thing" im like "oh my god !!!! its a bloody pregnancy test" - he is like well...what does it mean. I said to him "2 lines usually mean that your pregnant" he is like "well there are 2 lines" - aghhhh "DUH" - So it was complete over joy for him by this stage, he was so excited....SCARED but over joyed !

I have always liked the idea of getting a few baby things (you will need them later anyway) and but them in a nice gift bag or box and on the label, put "TO: The Daddy-To-Be"
Or you can do the "Baby Themed Dinner', where you have Baby back Ribs, baby Peas, anything with baby in the name.
Daddy was in the bathroom with me for our test results, so I couldn't do anything for him. So I decided to do something for the Grandmas. I Took a picture of the lines on the pregnancy test on my digital camera and went to walmart, where they have the machine that develops the pictures right them, and I added a cute baby border and added some test, Since I already have two girls from a previous marriage, I wrote on the bottom of the pictutre "Would you like a boy or another girl?" They loved it.

Found out we were pregnant right before Christmas. The last present that he opened was a onesie. He looked at me, the present, me, the present then started to cry. With the second, we were both surprised. I was getting prepped for gall bladder surgery and they came in and said they couldn't do the surgery. Why? Because we were pregnant. Congrats!

Before telling him, I had figured out that my due date would be about the same day as my first daughters 2nd birthday. I told him that I knew what we should give her for her next birthday, a little brother or sister! He was so happy and excited. We are expecting a little boy - he's due on her birthday!

Put a bun in the over...literally.
Tell him you've been baking and ask him to pull it out!
really cute, not terribly creative though.
Maybe you could buy a few onesies and hang them on the cloths line, and ask him to bring them in.

My best friend took the test, wrapped it up like a present, and let him open it.
He was so excited!
I told my husband on April fool's day... but it was no trick! :) Nothing creative for me though!

well mine wasn't very creative, but we were a couple still, and he had said to me he couldn't wait till the moment we would be picking out baby names together, in other words we were going to get married soon, so i just told him that that moment came sooner than we thought, picking out baby names.

I took my hubby to a nice resturant, then when it was time to order desert I had them bring over a cake shaped like a baby bottle :) Good luck and grats

If your boyfriend comes home from work and puts his shoes in the closet everyday one day put a pair of baby shoes in it.

I told my fiance (at the time, now husband) right after i found out. I had the doctor write it down on a piece of paper and showed him.
