In my area a woman was just on the news becaus esomeone stold the planter of flowers they placed on her young daughters grave. I think this is just so unbelievable that someone would do this and not have a second thought of the people who lost their child. What do you think?

Grave desecration is a heinous crime. It is so painful for the family. Quite a few times my fathers headstone has been hammered in two half's by British soldiers. Yes, he was an enemy, but we should all respect the dead. I would never harm a grave.

Anyone that messes around in a cemetary should be prosecuted. A famous person is buried near my in-laws and the traffic into that cemetary is outrageous. Our flowers and plants are trampled and stolen every week. It really upsets me.

Besided behing a reprehensible crime, this is completely disrespectful to the woman. I hope they find the person who did this and prosecute them to the fullest extent allowable.

Well, i would chaulk it up not to theft, but maybe her kid in the afterlife came to take the flowers with her to heaven. That is what i'd prefer to believe. Heck, tell her that, it might make her fell better.
