There is a Crown House, North Circular Road, London, Nw10 7PN
However, it is number 320 North Circular Road and the 708 is the suite number.
These mistakes make me think that this is a scam address. If you got it in a email, then it is certainly a fraud. Delete the mail and ignore it.
