There is this boy in my neighborhood and I think he likes me but i'm not sure he chases me all the time and talks to me alot.

Sounds as though he likes you already. If he didn't, he probably wouldn't talk to you. Keep talking and keep smiling at him. A happy person is an attractive person :)

Usually when a guy talks and chases you around a lot then he likes you. Why don't you tell him you like him? The worst that could happen is that you will only stay friends. But I doubt that because his actions are saying he likes you. So tell him you lke him =] *StaRR*
