what size is a 20inch widescreen, as in (?cm x ?cm), iknow the measurement is diagonal but is a rectangle shape, so whats the ratio (length to Height)

20 inches means 50.80 cm

The aspect ratio of a 20" is 16:10

So from Pythagoras 16x^2 + 10x^2 = 20^2

so (256 + 100) x^2=400
so x=1.06

So the dimensions are 16.95" by 10.6"

Not all 20in monitors have the same dimensions. Some are Wide screen and some are square.
