I don't have 36%, but if I didn't argue with with ppl over popular issues and use this board to conversate, I just may have had a shot at it.
My goal is to keep it around 17%. So, some days I will argue and conversate but when I fall below 17%, I go answer a lot of techincal, science, programming, physics, electronics and whatever else most ppl skip over. It keeps the competition down when it matters.

i try to get as many best answers as possible.
