Yes.
My husband was never around and didn't give me the attention I wanted. I decided to start going out with my male friends and ended up with a crush on one. I told my husband at the time that I had a crush on someone else, and he still allowed me to go out all night with the guys. I decided he didn't care about me and thought "I'm going to have an affair".
The end result was I ended up in a place where I didn't recognize myself any more. I decided that it wasn't who I was and ended up going on an extended vacation. When I got back, I decided to get a divorce. I thought that my husband deserved someone better than me who wouldn't cheat on him.
I do regret the affair. I realize how inmature I was being and how I should have talked to my husband. We could have gone to counseling to try to work on our problems. Instead, I destroyed our relationship.
I am not having one now, and I never will again. It's not worth it.

Consequences where a troubled marriage for a couple of years. Regret it yes, if you think the grass may be greener on the toher side, i would suggest you divorce before you look for those pastures. Affairs will never have a good outcome.

I am not having one now. I had one about 7 years ago. It was a bad idea. My wife and I got back together 6 months later, but she will never forget what I did and some times I think she is angry with me and mean to me because of it. Still to this day. I guess I deserve it, but I try and make it up every day.

if I could only be with her by having and affair then I would have to say yes very badly,
I would rather not cheat on my wife. I love and live with my wife, but I am so in love with her sister in law, I love my little girl to death but I never should have gotten married. oddly enough my wifes brother feels the same way.
I love you H. W.

why, of course, every time I walk into Wal-Mart on these warm sunny days and the girls are half dressed, I want to have an affair with all of them.
Unfortunately for me, my wife of fifty years knows what I'm up to and watches me quite close, she keeps a tight rein on me, maybe for the best, I would be ravaging all these beauties, if I could ever find that note telling me what I'm suppose to want from them.
