I recently signed up with AOL and have discovered that any image I try to save to my hard drive isn't working. It says that the file format is not supported. I can't think of another way to save the image!! Any ideas?

Save the file to disk in My Pictures or somewhere else and right click it and select Open With and select Windows Pictures and Fax Viewer.
You do not need to use AOL's browser use Internet Explorer or Firefox instead. They will be able to open jpeg's without any problem.
