For the thighs, squats and lunges can work wonders. I don't recommend using a lot of weight if any. Go high reps on all of the exercises which will help burn fat.
For the stomach, try body crunches and leg raises. Some say the classic situps don't work but they've worked well for me.
Afterwards go for a run or a fast paced walk.
You will also have to watch your diet. Lay off the fatty foods.

try doing side situps, and situps. It works great for me. Side situps are when you go up from your first position (the normal situp position) you twist to the left and then to the right and go down and start again.
