By researching their previous Q&A's, I can get a sense of what the asker wants to hear. Choose friends that complement (note the spelling = not 'compliment'!) my sense of humor. Some especially fun Q's I take the time to think of a great punchline and I just have fun. Also take time with intriguing thought provoking Q's to creatively write heartfelt answers.
All in all, YA has been basically an interesting and delightful learning experience in socializing without the physical dimension; and far more deeply and honestly than in "meeting" or chat sites. It is truly a "meeting of the minds".

I don't have it (I have 15% right now), but I can guess:
-Answer only 1 question that you KNOW you will get Best Answer for, then never answer any questions again
-Answer either tons and tons of questions that you know you will get Best Answer for, or very few
-Take the time to give a good answer

answer questions that don't have a lot of answers or none at all, then you are almost guaranteed best answer.
answer only from your contact/fan list.
