well sexual harassment can go both ways just like a swing and most guys wont claim sexual harassment against a female because then they would look kinda gay and if she is talking that dirty it better be foreplay or you are on a 1 900 number

If the topic is of a sexual nature, and you feel offended or pressured, then it is verbal sexual harassment. Ussualy this type of problem can be resolved with a simple call to human resources.

Sexual harassment. It goes the same both ways. Now rape is a different story, see for a man to get raped is near impossible to prosecute cause technically a rape is involuntary and for a man to be raped he can not have an erection but if he has no erection there can be no penetration therefore it is nearly impossible to prove rape in men, he can be sodomized which is equally illegal but not raped, at least not by a woman!

If it offends either the man she is speaking to, or a 3rd party person over hearing it -- Its sexual harrassment.

Either way you can ignore it. Don't say anything back. Tell her to stop. Its not really called anything. And its not always harrasment when a man says it to a woman. It all depends on the situation.

Luck??? In all seriousness it is exactly the same. If you find it offensive then it's harassment.
