I've heard that a butterfly's wings that flap can cause a hurricane in Asia.....some effects of the Chaos Theory, so yes, any action can cause monumental actions elsewhere.

Maybe our breaths wouldn't create enough wind for a physical storm
But I'd like to think that the song would create a brain storm of sorts.
Loud enough tear some things apart and build some things up. Leaving a (beautiful) scar on our memories.
I'm a dreamer, I know.
We should do it!

only if they sang very loud and face the same way and didn't make wind from the other direction to counter the song.
it would help if they did it during hurricane season and were standing in the path of the hurricane.

This isn't really a philosophical question!

I don't think so. Perhaps weather patterns would be affected on some miniscule scale, but I doubt that any storms would be created.
