YES! But not with little children, they spook easely and really do scratch. I have a minature rabbit that I love very much. This said, you can't play with them as you would with a cat or dog. They are a buddle of love but they scare easily. On the other hand, they are easy pets to care for, as long as they are well fed and kept clean, there happy.

They make good pesto - just put in a blender with fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts and pecorino cheese.
