This International Drriving Lisence is valid in Europe, Middle East and other countries, but I am not sure of USA.

You have to ask the office who issued you the International driver's license and double check its validity. If USA isn't on the list then most likely you can't use that there.

International Driver's License are valid in the USA. Foreign licenses are valid within 15 days from arrival.
