Hi,
I am throwing a baby shower for a friend tomorrow and here is what we are playing:
The Diaper Game
What you need: a dozen disposable diapers, permanent marker, a dozen different candy bars, plastic spoons, paper and pen for each guest
Number the diapers 1 to 12 with the permanent marker. Away from everyone's view (in the kitchen), hostess puts a different kind of candy bar in each diaper (a piece about half an inch big is enough). She then microwaves each diaper just long enough for the chocolate to melt.
The "dirty" diapers are passed around and guests try to guess what kind of candy bar each diaper contains. Have your camera ready, because this game makes for some HILARIOUS photos! (People putting "dirty" diapers up to their noses, people tasting the chocolate "poop") and the different varieties of "poop" make people laugh. (Candy bars with nuts, caramel or coconut work very well. Think Mr. Goodbar, Almond Joy, Snickers)
Enjoy!
Clay or Play Dough Babies
You will need about one can of dough for every two people. Pass out the dough and have the players make little babies. The mother-to-be then judges and the winner gets a prize.
It is neat to watch the guy's artistic abilities when it comes to babies.
Guess The Baby Food
Get 10 to 12 jars of stage 1 or 2 baby food. Remove the labels and number them. Write the matching number on the jar. Make a list for 10 to 12 guesses to be written with the corresponding jar number. Pass the unlabeled jars around the room as guests make their guesses. The guest who gets the most correct answers wins!! The mom-to-be gets the unopened and properly labeled jars as a gift.
Alternative: Taste the food and guess its name. This could be funny, but the mom-to-be could not take the jars home since they will be opened.
Pudding Game
This game is the best baby shower game ever! Before the baby shower, buy those already-made pudding cups for each person playing the game.
Before you start the game, pair up couples across from each other, blindfold them, and put a trash bag over them so their clothes won't get dirty. (You may want to warn them in the invitations to wear casual clothes they wouldn't mind getting 'messy'!)
Start the timer for 30 seconds or however long you prefer, and as soon as you say "GO", each couple will have to feed each other as fast as they can. The couple who finishes their pudding first wins!!
Pin In The Rice Game
You use a bowl of uncooked white rice and about 50-100 small baby safety pins. You have about 30-45 seconds to close your eyes and see how many safety pins you can pick out of the rice. Whoever has the most pins wins.
Yarn Game
get a roll of yarn. Get people to cut off a piece that they think will fit exactly around mommy to be's belly.
Clothes Pin Game
get a bunch of cloth pins everybody gets one and pins it on there shirts. anybody who either crosses there legs or says the word baby losses there cloths pin to the person who heard them say it or saw them with there legs crossed. person with the most clothes pins wins.
Next Mom-To-Be
Tradition says whoever brings the seventh gift opened at a baby shower will be the next to get pregnant. I made a badge with a picture of a pregnant woman and the caption "I'm Next!" for her to wear.

At my baby shower we played the clothes pin game. Everyone gets a clothes pin at the start of the baby shower. The host must come up with one word that cannot be said( ex: the mothers name, baby, the baby's name, etc.). If anyone says that word who ever hears that person can take that persons pin. This last throughout the whole shower. The person with the most pins at the end of the shower wins a prize. I would use the word baby because it's so hard to not use that word during a baby shower.
We also played a game where the guest partner up and the one on the left has to use her right hand only and the one on the right uses her left hand only and then time the pair to see how fast they can put the diaper on a doll.
Lastly use ribbon to guess how big the tummy is. they can't measure it, just looking and then take their ribbon and put around the mothers tummy around the fullest part and the person closest wins.

Diaper the Dolly: blindfolded participants pin on a cloth diaper, the one who does the best job wins.
Draw the Baby: with a paper plate on top of the participants heads, they must draw the face of the expected baby, expectant mother chooses.
Guess the Baby Food: unlabeled jars with only a number on them go around the room and everyone tastes them and writes their guesses, most correct answers win.
Measure the Tummy: pass a roll of toilet paper around the room and every participant tears off a piece they think is the circumference of the expectant mother, closest wins.
There are many shower game books out there, especially at party supply stores, they have lots of word games, props, all sorts of stuff.
