So as not to be tempted by delicious food .what do you think?

1 month will not change anything. Besides, blind people can be fat too. You can't fool your stomach, your smell, basically you can't fool yourself. Losing weight only succeeds as a long-term conscious effort, once you have decided that you will stick to healthy eating and exercise for the rest of your life.

Ridiculous- the more time you spend in your home, the more time you spend with your eyes closed the more time you have to dream and crave for foods that you are trying to bar yourself from.

Eliminate the problem by locking away "cheat" foods that will tempt you.

I think food is important for life.
I also think to much alchohol is a bad thing when making decisions of this nature.
Weightwatchers have a great system, why not give them a go?

Throw out all your food and buy a big tin of animal crackers to live on for a month--trust me, they'll get old fast!

losing weight fast can cause serious health problems ...plzz drop the idea...

instead of that be more active, play outdoor sports like tennis, football , rock climbing , swimming, running , cycling etc
