You probably should talk to you Dr. I would think weight training could be too stressful on you and the baby. Exerciseing is very good and makes childbirth easier. Just check with your Dr., they may have you reduce your exercises a little at a time as you get through each tri mester. Good Luck, Best Wishes and enjoy you new baby.

ask your doctor, i think you need to go to lighter exercises, picking up heavy things and doing squats and lunges could cause problems maybe.

you can CONTINUE any exercise program late into your pregnancy. It is not a good idea to START a new exercice program while pregnant
