Hmmmm... fish can contain mercury and liver stores all the toxins it couldn't eliminate.
I guess neither is safe, but I'd take fish anyday.

liver esp when its grilled or deep fried.... its so rich in iron & 4 a hypotensive like me, that's all i need
i only eat 2 kinds of fish
