I already have a two-year contract with Verizon Wireless. I just need the Chocolate phone. No plan, no battery. Just the phone.

Well if you are a new customer and sign a 2 year agreement with Verizon Wireless then the Chocolate phone will cost you $149.99 and a $50 dollar rebate. However if you are not a customer and just want to buy the phone without any contract then the retail price of the phone is $269.99. There is a $35 dollar activation fee on your first bill if you are a new customer.
