From the reviews of internet speeds for the iphone, Cingular (A T&T) only has 2G meaning speeds only reach up to 300 kilobits per second. This is slow compared to Verizon and Sprint network which offers speeds up to 700 kilobits per second the same as DSL speed. The next iphone model will be able to access the internet at a faster speed with a better processor.

It works just like your cell phone. Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. So, is it worth 5-6 hundred when your cell phone was probable FREE!
