Depends on how much he's hassling you. If it's just petty little stuff then just tell him how you feel and he should take the hint. If he starts harassing or stalking you then you need to take legal action.

Call the police if he is harassing you. If you are at work, report him by following the chain of command.
If he is calling you at home, contact the phone company. There is a code that you can enter that goes to their investigative dept. They will report it to the DA.
