i am a freako about leaving the lights on during the day. if i got out and it's daylight outside, i HAVE TO TURN OFF the lights. But if I know I'm gonna be gone all day I have to turn the porch light on. i have kids, and i wouldn't want them to freak out. I also have 3 lights in the house that turn on with the same switch. i always keep that one on if i go out at night. (don't wanna step on dog poopy, lol, or have the kids fall when they are walking upstairs)

Only at night. I don't like coming home to a dark house and it gives the appearance of someone being at home.
I also leave on the TV.

Not if I'll be home before dark. If I'll be home after dark, I leave one light on inside and the outside front door light on too.

my grandma always used to leave the tv or a light on.she said so that people will think there's people home..like robbers or sumthing..lol.n i sumtimes leave something on,cuz of that, n because i cant see anything at night getting into the house.

My mom do like she is a little baby she is so scarey but if it was me out the door I go lets on or off I'm gone...smiles
