i have been spotting for a month like when the period goes away. i havent had any sexual contact for about 2-21/2 months and this spotting happened this month. my nipples are beginning to hurt a bit (only when i thouch them). i did take a pregnany test about a week or a week and a half ago and it was negative! what can it be? i want to see my gyn but thats not for another month (thats the nearest appointmen)! HELP! oh and by the way everytime we had sexual contact my b-f took out his pennis before he came! so i dont think sperm would have entered inside :0I??? i guess i would have felt it! can you feel sperm comming inside of you?

Infection such as with the cervix can cause the kind of bleeding that you are describing. I had a huge problem with cervical infections in 2003-2005.

As for your dr, please call the office on Mon and let them know that you have had this bleeding for a month and can't wait. Let them know that you really need to talk to your dr about this bleeding because it is concerning you very much.

If they still won't budge I would recommend getting another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the dr that you currently see.

Are you on any b/c pill? Spotting may be a result of such a pill. If you would be pregnant it would certainly make a positive pregnancy test as you said its been over 2 month since you had last sex. So tell us which b/c you are taking and maybe this will prove the simple explanation for your spotting.

Actually, precum has sperm in it so it is possible to get pregnant even if he pulls out. But if you have had a drop in weight, that may cause it too. I wouldn't worry too much, maybe take another otc pregnancy test and talk to your gyno.
