Hi i am working in a small IT firm and we are having wireless LAN .....some times , during office hours , i browse through newspapers, blogs, share market websites online.....If somebody with in my office , Do watch behind all my activites? ...If so how that i know ? please tell me...

Because you are on a network at work.

You like your job, stay out of the sites that aren't work related.

You like unemployment, keep doing what you do now.

I am not sure if you can tell, but I've known people who experienced being monitored. Stick to doing personal biz on your lunch break, and only websites that would be appropriate in a professional environment. I think it's gross to spy but it is done regularly by bosses now.

Chances are, if they are watching you, that you won't know. Some lightweight software solutions for such "snooping" can be spotted, but any sophisticated means are probably done within the company's servers--outside of your reach.

I read that a very large number of companies are monitoring their employees. So your odds are high that you are being watched.

if you know the IP address of your boss (type ipconfig in command prompt) then on your PC type netstat. If your boss IP appears, then ur dead man!!!

i dunno but ncaa tourney time is gonna be rough! you already know the answer. buy a newspaper on the way to work and keep the penthouse mags in the bottom drawer.
