does anyone know the name of a song that came out shortly after 911?

Question

the person listening to the song is led to beleive that the father is calling to leave the family, but then when the song ends you find out that the father is actually on one of the planes during 911 and is calling to say goodbye. Im pretty sure its a country song but I cant even remember if a male or female sings it...I know this is a long shot but any guesses are better than what Ive got now

I believe I know the song, I can't remember the tune or the lyrics... It is killing me too... I've gotta find it now... do you have any lyrics? I believe it is a male singer though or a group like LoneStar, I may be way off track.
