Will the U.S. beat Paraguay in order to qualify in the 2nd seed or will they qualify in the 3rd place seed?
If the U.S. wants to qualify in the 3rd place seed through points or goal differential then they have a mountain to climb.

I honestly don't think so. They've change around the starters from the gold cup and although they are the champions, the Copa America is a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY, they are up against America's finest: Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Mexico (which has recieved many reinforcements since the Gold Cup including Rafa Marquez, who plays for Barcelona in Spain) and Argentina embarassed the US 4-1...what's really clear is that if the US continues to play like they did against Argentina (no matter how good the other team is) they won't be staying in Venezuala for long...

Paraguay is not as good as it may seem! Even though the US did not come with a great team there are chances to still qualify!! But we will see what will happen! nothing is certain right now it all it counts is Monday's performance

I really hope not, cause I think that Paraguay deserves to go through the second round. They are a much better team than U.S.A.

No. They will lose the three matches. Even their best team, would had a hard time. But they are improving.
