The scooters are actually for anyone who needs mobilithy help--not just the elderly.
I'd suggest "The Coolest Scoot." I assume you mean adding things like sound systems, mobile phones and such. Remember these things are battery powered and you need to avoid excessively draining the battery. Also safety should be a paramount concern.

rascals r' us sounds like a good name to me.. and why do you only want to cater to the elderly?? there are a lot of able young pups out there who are just plain lazy.. and would probably love to take advantage of a scooter to get them around..
