Honestly the expression they have on their face, you can have big eyes, plump lips and be upset and look like a total b!tc#.
or you can try changing the expression to look more lovely.
same with thin lips, small nose, high cheek bones, it depends how you show your facial expressions.

To me as long as the person doesn't smell or ahve make up caked on theur face, then they are beatiful
