Since you spelled sure wrong I'm not sure if that is such a good idea. You can be legally emancipated at any age if you can prove to a judge that you are responsible enough to live alone. Not that you asked but you should probably just stick it out until you are 18 it will make things a lot easier.

Until you reach the age of 18 you cannot legally enter into a contract, which is what a lease for an apartment is. Why? Because until you are considered and adult (18) you cannot legally be held responsible. The only way would be if your parents rented the place, but then again they would be responsible.

I agree with Lawrence R. Without a court order I don't think you can legally sign a rental contract until you're 18 yrs old.

Now if your parents want you out, then they can sign the rental contract and you would live there, but that means that they are on the hook for the rent payment. So if you don't pay the rent, the landlord will come after them for it, not you. I doubt they will agree to that.

I would stay at home with your spelling . You can not even spell sure. Go to school, then college. If you go to college you could move out to a dorm.
