yeah, sometimes I wonder if I'm dyslexic or mildly retarded..

If you mean reading and writing and all that, some people are dislexic, this is a known illness now and in no way reflects a persons overall intelligence.
If you mean general understanding of something there are also people with attention deficits. Again this does not reflect ones overall intelligence but people with attention deficits need to learn stuff in a different way which focuses their attention.
