Chris subdued his wife on the wooden floor of their home office, tied her wrist's and feet together, wrapped her in a blanket and strangled her with a cord. This tells me that he didn't have the guts to look her in the face, while strangling her, hours later, he strangled their 7 year old son face down, on the boy's bed, which again let's me know that he couldn't face his son while killing him. I didn't know he was injecting growth hormone's in his son, because he was little.

the only thing i respect about benoit is his wrestling skills. its a shame that he wont get into the hall of fame because of what he did.

Wrestlers have it rough. They are working non-stop and are always on the road. Like one of the message boards said, Benoit was probably overworked and stressed out. So many things may have happened. He probably didn't want to kill them. I'll send you the link to what I mean. He writes down alot of questions that run through my mind and what could've happened.

how do u know Chris beniot killed them he is not the sort of person to do that he had a great career and a loving family why would he kill them and himself?
getting the text messages could of been a sign he was being held hostage or something.

It is called cold-blooded murder and there were enablers in this who certainly ignored his deterioration; I cannot be convinced otherwise.
