There is no limit to what you can do with .net... why not get better at it by creating some things on your own and see how good you really are... I have been using .net since 2002 and I learn something new everyday.

Improve your skills in .Net continuously, you can never be DONE. Also, you can begin to supplement your skills with other competencies such as SQL programming, Web Services, ASP.Net, and new .Net technologies (.Net 3.0) such as WPF, WCF, Silverlight etc...the possibilities are endless!!

php or java. don't get locked in to microsoft products. if you're coding c#, then java will be really easy to pick up, because the syntax is almost identical.
