I've been trying to call my bf but i get the message that says he is not accepting calls at this time and to try again later. im guessing that he didn't pay the bill on time. Wanted to know if its the same with sending text messages. would he recieve them? thanks

If a person's account on a cell phone has been suspended then the phone is automatically shut off due to late payment or there is a balance due on the account. Whatever the reason, no calls or text messages will work on that cell phone until the phone is reactivated.
