oh those hurt! make sure to exfoliate before you shave. that "sands" your skin so it is smooth and you don't catch your skin with the razor when you shave, thus getting the cuts and little red bumps. venus has an eletric razor that I use, and i don't get those little bumps anymore.

No... it's irritated follicles from shaving, otherwise known as razor burn. If you don't shave for awhile & they remain, you should probably see a dermatologist ASAP. This kind of thing needs to be looked at in order to be diagnosed.

depends how large the bumps are most likey razor burn ,ingrown hair or deoderant allergy. watch for infection and use warm soapy water often

Yeah it could be razor burn, or it could just be heat bumps. Use baby powder.
