of course not, it's just an easier route. if you have to carry something a far distance and get tired, convincing someone else to carry it for you can get the job done and will be easier for you, but that doesn't mean you couldn't have done it all by yourself, and sometimes doing things by yourself is more "profitable" for you in the end

Yes. That's the way capitalism works. Those who control the means of production organize labor to reduce costs and make a profit. That's exploitation.
The real question is "Is exploitation necessarily bad?" Obviously it can be. I wouldn't suggest going back to slavery, for example. But sometimes exploitation creates a better world for everyone. The incentives created by our economic system create a great deal of good (I like my computer, my health care, and tomatoes in the winter) that help offset the problems of an inherently extractive and dehumanizing economic system.

There is indeed some logic there. In order to be very rich, one needs to get or take much more in proportion to what one gives or loses..... that implies exploitation in a purely economic sense, although it may not imply any unscrupulous oppression of others....... the excessive returns may have been given by others quite willingly because of perceived value which can often be higher than the intrinsic value due to emotional, sentimental, ornamental or contextual reasons.

No, you can make and sell something that everybody will NEED once its out. People lived millions of years without washing machines, refridgerators or hot water tanks. Now, the idea of not having these is barbaric and unsanitary and thus the CEOs of appliance companies have enough money for money vault swims ala Scrooge McDuck. I can't wait to see the next required appliance myself.

the very rich do not ...their moneys come from a continuing source so to exploit that source would mean that at some time it would crumble...the very rich respect and speculate on new things well

Not necessarily... There are many who've worked hard and made good choices. wannplaytoo had some good views on this. A lot of people who are envious try to pick them apart.

No, but the only way to become poor is to stop working hard, and waste your money on useless items.
